MACHINING DEPARTMENT
The department consists of modern facilities and the latest equipment for processing aluminum and PVC. We have fully automated systems and the ability to provide high quality results. Alugreco’s factory produces aluminum profiles and PVC profiles, opening or sliding superimposed and with or without thermal break. Also heavy duty profiles, blinds, screens, energy – savers and other systems and components for doors and windows.
MACHINING DEPARTMENT
In the privately owned factory, Alugreco houses the iron processing section. The fully equipped department combined with the experienced technicians, undertake iron structures such as steel doors, balcony railings, safety railings, metal stairs and iron pergolas. Our aim is both the optimal aesthetic results and the high quality and durability in time.
ELECTROSTATIC PAINT DEPARTMENT
The application of electrostatic painting is performed in our modern facilities, with the complete equipment required and the strict compliance and control of all the production process conditions. The aim is to paint the metal products for architectural applications (security shutters, doors, windows, etc.) with polyester powders.
The production procedure followed is: a) Purification of the metal surface from foreign particles, grease or other foreign substances b) Activation of the surface c) the dyeing process, wherein the dye, in powdered form, is loaded with an electrostatic charge and sprayed with compressed air from the spray guns onto the aluminum pieces, which are grounded, and coats their surface.
The electrostatic painting facilities for wood imitation with the VIV Decoral method have a production capacity of tonnes per year.
